	Known powers or abilities: It fires a polyphase electrical pulse which stuns the target and causes short-term memory loss.
	Description/history: Designed by Nikola Tesla (with some assistance from H. G. Wells) as an alternative to bullets. It appears to have 10 settings in increments of 0.5 each; Artie suggests not going over 2. May be a reference to Tesla's supposed death ray. Pete and Myka apparently take turns having to carry the "boring" gun while the other gets to carry the Tesla.
	How dangerous it is (IE:Dark vault): Minimal, as long at the setting is below 2.
