Known powers or abilities: Emits an eerie light which, when shone on it's victims, traps them in a sort of trance.
Description/history: Not known...belonged to notorious killer, Jack the Ripper.
How dangerous it is (IE:Dark vault): Only dangerous of used in the wrong hands. James McPherson somehow acquired it and used it on Agent Berring's parents in order to get Edgar Allen Poe's diary & pen.
